Stephen Rossiter is from Wexford, Ireland. After graduating from Trinity College, Dublin, he spent two years living in Tarragona, Catalonia. He is now a retired language teacher. He enjoys fine whiskies, snooker, gym classes, amateur drama, the tin whistle and voluntary work. He now travels to Tarragona twice a year. This novel is a paean to the city and its people.
